Anglo Renewable will submit their plans to Basingstoke and Dean Planning Department in July 2023 at a time when many of the residence are on holiday.

Anglo Renewables invited the residents of Kingsclere and Ecchinswell to a public consultation in the Kingsclere Village Club on Monday 15th May between 2-7pm. With little and no advanced notice this was poorly attended.

A letter dated the 5th May 2023 and a brochure was delivered to parts of the Kingsclere and Ecchinswell communities around the 9th May.
